What shipping and delivery method do you use?
Shipping within Australia
We use Regular Post with Australia Post
We charge a flat shipping & handling fee of $12.50 (inclusive of GST)
Please allow up to 2- 7 working days for delivery.
*Postage costs have increased from last year in line with Australia Posts new prices increase 2013.
Shipping to International
For international orders please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address and we will get back to you with shipping charges and delivery time.
Will my purchase be gift wrapped?
Sure will, each product will come in an eco friendly cream muslin pouch (except for the hair accessories which come packaged seperately) and gift wrapped in a recycled classic white pillow box with ribbon tie. Perfect for a gift.

All prices on the website are listed in Australian Dollars.

JC Lane accepts Visa & MasterCard via PayPal.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a Global Trading & Financial Service used to process our credit cards. PayPal is used by some of the largest e-commerce sites in Australia and across the world.
How secure is purchasing via PayPal?
We do not store or handle any credit card details on our system. We use PayPal a Global Trading & Financial Service to process our credit card transactions.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a ‘closed lock’ icon at the bottom of your screen.
Can I still purchase if I do not have a PayPal account?
Yes you can.
You are not required to be registered with a PayPal account to purchase at JC Lane although if you already have a PayPal account you may opt to use it.
You can pay simply with your Visa or MasterCard via PayPal’s checkout system.
When you checkout you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure protected payments site. Click continue if you ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’ and enter payment details as required.
Will I incur any extra fees using PayPal?
No, we absorb all buyers’ fees and charges, you will only be charged for your purchase price.
REFUNDS/RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is very important to JC Lane and if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase we appreciate you getting in contact with us as soon as possible to enable us the opportunity to rectify the problem.
If you are still not completely happy with your purchase we will be happy to undertake to exchange or Refund any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase.
Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you.
If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Please note that for hygiene reason we cannot accept returns/exchanges for earrings unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault.
What if my product is damaged or faulty upon arrival?
Customer satisfaction is priority and we undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition upon arrival. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email@example.com within 5 working day. We would appreciate if you could photograph the faulty item as soon as you realize any damage/fault and we will contact you at the earliest possible convenience to resolve the issue.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Please note our refund /exchange policy does not extend to pieces damaged due to excessive tugging or everyday careless wear and tear.
How do I send items back?
When returning a piece (for whatever reason) we ask that you please send it via Registered Australia Post to ensure that we receive it. If the item is not sent via Registered Post and we do not receive it, we will be unable to issue a refund. Registered post is fully tracked and ensures delivery; it costs $2.80 extra and we will reimburse you for the $2.80 registration charge, regardless of the reason you are returning a piece.
(*) Please note we do not accept any responsibilities for lost items in transit.
How will I be credited for a refund?
For refunds we will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery.
How long with a refund take?
We will endeavour to process the refund as soon as possible however as a general guide you can expect it to be processed on our end within 5 working days of receipt.
